Selling a home is more than just putting a “For Sale” sign in the yard—it's about presenting your home to the right buyers, in the right way, with the right strategy. As a licensed real estate agent with United Real Estate Premier, I specialize in targeted online marketing that gets your home in front of the buyers who matter most. From optimized listings to exposure across major platforms, I focus on maximizing visibility and getting you the best possible outcome.
To officially begin the process, you'll enter into a Broker-Seller Agreement with United Real Estate Premier. This is called an Exclusive Right to Sell agreement, meaning I’ll be your dedicated listing agent and will represent your interests throughout the entire transaction. The agreement is signed by you, the seller, and my broker, Steve B.
Here's what you can expect from the process:
While I can pull public records, you as the homeowner will provide the most accurate and detailed information. The agreement includes questions such as:
How you’d like your home marketed (public MLS, internal networks, etc.)
Whether you're comfortable with dual agency (one agent representing both sides)
If you’re open to another agent within United Real Estate Premier bringing a buyer
Disclosures about features, updates, and known property details
I’m happy to walk you through the form, review a pre-filled version, or set up a video call to complete it together—whatever works best for you.
Effective Date: When the agreement officially begins
Listing Period: The timeframe during which your home will be actively listed
Expiration Date: When the agreement concludes if the home hasn’t sold
The agreement outlines the commission rate, which is negotiable and discussed upfront so there are no surprises later. I’ll ensure everything is clear and tailored to your specific situation.
If you’re ready to list—or just want to talk through the next steps—I’m here to help. Let’s schedule a quick call or consultation to discuss your goals, timeline, and how we’ll make your home stand out in today’s market.
